LARK ARCHITECTURE

Logan Square Condo Redux

At only 350 square feet, this once abandoned and drab condo was reimagined and revived to accommodate the functions of a real home and introduce spatial delineation and privacy. With numerous publications and awards, and now serving as a boutique rental property, this home is a prime example of the notion that good design is a good investment.

Project Overview

Logan Square Condo Redux

Residential  |  Interior Design

Literally abandoned by its previous owner – with furnishings and all – this minuscule condo was rescued and revitalized into a truly liveable tiny home. Barely pushing 350 square feet, it accommodates ample storage, a full kitchen, full bath, living room, foyer, workspace, in-unit laundry, and a queen-sized bed. Both the epitome of tiny-house and urban living, this project is certainly one-of-a-kind.

To make the most of the tiny space, stock cabinetry was installed in a tessellated arrangement across the entire west wall of the unit, providing significant storage without sacrificing square footage. A custom site-built loft accommodates a queen bed, desk, closet, and laundry.
